Aerobics at the beach

Fundamentals of Fitness work out: Get a great heart pumping and strength building workout in one place! This 60-minute moderate intensity class features fun, easy to follow alternating segment training exercise to keep you moving, and challenging every fitness level from beginner to expert. Surrounding yourself with a friendly, and encouraging group that will prove to make all the difference. Come and join us as the Town of Thetford looks to move our community to a safe, and healthy tomorrow.
* must bring- Yoga mat, water bottle, and athletic shoes.
Classes will be held on the multi-purpose court.

Aqua Aerobics: This Brand new class features land base exercises that uses the buoyant qualities of the water as resistance. Aqua aerobics is is a medium-impact water class designed to improve muscle tone, and improved balance. It is a total body work out without the stress of land-based exercise. Non-swimmers welcome. 
* Must bring - Bathing suit, towel, water bottle, and water shoes if desired.
Classes will be held in the water on the right side of the docks in a designated area.


Payments for each class: Payments will be made for each class at the guard shack prior to the class starting.
